# 1. Abstract

Liquidity providers today face a binary choice: lock capital into a position and earn yield, or keep capital liquid and earn nothing. Uniswap v3/v4 LP positions are represented as non-fungible, illiquid claims capital efficient for the pool, but dead weight for the holder. Separately, on-chain trading is fully transparent: every order, every size, every wallet is visible before and after execution, exposing traders to front-running, sandwich attacks, and information leakage that would never be tolerated in traditional markets.

VozDex AI addresses both problems as a single composable layer on Robinhood Chain:

1. **YieldShares** one product, two ways in: a vault path that converts locked LP positions into liquid, fungible ERC-20 tokens, and a direct liquidity-provision path for users who want pool exposure without holding a separate wrapper token.
2. **Private Execution** an intent-based routing engine for crypto and tokenized-stock trading that aggregates liquidity, resists MEV extraction, and shields order flow through zero-knowledge proofs, with gas abstraction and pre-execution simulation.

The thesis is simple: **liquidity should be liquid, and markets should be private.** This document specifies the mechanism design, the mathematics governing vault accounting and token emissions, and the risk model underlying both systems.
